Q: Do you sell to customer outside of USA?

A: Yes, we have satisfied customers from all around the world. However certain products are specific to accounts from that country. For example, you must have a USA Xbox Live Accounts to be able to use our USA Xbox Live $50 Gift Card and USA Xbox Live $25 Gift Card and you must have a Canadian Xbox Live Accounts to use our Canadian 1400 and 2800 Xbox Live Points, however the Xbox Live Gold work WORLDWIDE. You must have US iTunes account to be able to use our US iTunes Cards.

Shipping

Q: How will you send me the Codes?

A: We will send the code in the email address that you specify when you bought the codes from us. You can then redeem the code to use it with your account.

Q: How fast will I get the code?

A: We will send the code instantly if you pass our security requirements. If you are using our other payment option (Amazon, Entro Pay, Safety Pay, Ukash, cashU), your order will be subject to additional review and might be delayed. For additional information please refer to our Terms of Payment.

Q: What if I didn't receive the code?

A: First, please make sure that the transaction is already processed by the credit card processor. Second, please make sure you add our address: info @maximuscards.com into your address book to make sure that our email not being marked as spam. If you still cannot find your purchase in the spam mail, please send us an email to inquire about your purchase.

Refund

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: If you purchase a code and the code does not work, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 days of purchase. The buyer must notify within 48 hours of purchase if the code does not work to receive a refund. If the code was redeemed no refund will be given.

Payment

Q: What is your credit card and fraud protection policy?

A: Our credit card processor use a sophisticated risk modelling, fraud detection and manual review to make sure that the transaction is not fraudulent. If your credit card billing and/or shipping information triggers an alarm flag by our automated fraud detection system, we could ask for more information from you. If we are unable to verify the information with you or the issung bank, your order could be delayed or cancelled. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount in the charge. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Q: What does this mean for my current order and charges on my card statement?

A: Your order has been cancelled and your card was not charged. If you still see activity on your card statement for your cancelled order, this is just an authorization, not an actual charge, and it will be removed from your account in 1-14 business days depending on your card-issuing bank.

Q: How do I redeem the Microsoft Points / Gold code?

To redeem a code on your Xbox 360:

  1. Sign in to Xbox Live using the Microsoft account for which you want to use the code.
  2. Press the Guide button on the controller.
  3. Go to Games & Apps and select Redeem Code.
  4. Enter the 25-character prepaid code and select Done.
  5. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the redemption.
To redeem a code on your Xbox One:
  1. Make sure your console is connected to broadband internet.
  2. Say “Xbox, use a code” or select Xbox Store.
  3. Select Browse Games.
  4. Select Use a Code.
  5. Follow the instructions on-screen, using the code at the bottom of the card.
After your Microsoft account has transitioned on an Xbox 360 or Xbox One, you can also redeem your codes on Xbox.com:
  1. On a computer, go to Redeem code and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Redeeming the Code - Wii Points

Q: How do I redeem the Wii Points?

A: To redeem a Nintendo Points Card:

  1. Access the Wii Shop Channel through the Wii console's Channel menu.
  2. If this is your first time using the Wii Shop Channel, read the User Aggrement and click "I agree" if you understand and agree to the terms. Click "okay" after reading the Wii Shop description.
  3. Once on the "Welcome to Wii Shop Channel" screen, select "Start Shopping".
  4. Click the "Add Wii Points" button.
  5. Select "Redeem Nintendo Points Cards".
  6. Scratch off the silver area on the back of the Nintendo Points Card to reveal the card's activation number.
  7. Enter the activation number into space on the screen.
  8. Select "OK" to continue.
  9. If you want to redeem the card, select "Redeem".
  10. Once the purchase is processe, a confirmation screen will appear indicating that Nintendo Points were added to your Wii Shop account
